Cách nấu canh ức gà ngày nắng nóng

Nguyên liệu:
- 200gr thịt ức gà
- Nữa bó cần tây
- 1 củ cà rốt
- 1-2 củ khoai tây
- 50gr nấm mỡ (hoặc nấm rơm)
- Gia vị: muối, tiêu, nước mắm, dầu ăn
- Tỏi băm
- Lá xạ hương (tuỳ chọn) có thể thay bằng ngò
Các bước nấu món canh thịt ức gà
Bước 1:
Đầu tiên làm nóng nồi với ít dầu, thịt ức gà to thì cắt đôi ướp gia vị muối, tiêu. Đem đi chiên sơ.
Bước 2:
Sau đó cho khoai tây và cà rốt cắt khúc nhỏ vào xào đảo đều (vì vitamin A trong cà rốt chỉ tan trong  dầu nên cần xào sơ, và còn giúp canh có màu cam đẹp từ cà rốt).
Bước 3:
Kế đến là đổ nước vào nồi nấu sôi cho gà chín hẳn.
Bước 4:
Rồi cho cần tây đã cắt khúc vào.
Bước 5:
Gà sau khi nấu chín thì lấy ra dùng nĩa hoặc thìa xé sợi.
Bước 6:
Rồi lại đổ ngược gà vào nồi cùng với nấm mỡ cắt lát nấu đến khi sôi. Nêm gia vị vừa ăn và nếu dùng lá xạ hương thì cho vào bước này, có thể thay bằng ngò cho thơm.
